  A lovely place to stay, welcoming host Phillipe, comfortable facilities, beautifully decorated with great flair and attention to detail. The breakfasts were very good and Phillipe was on hand to see everything went well. There is a winery right nearby to taste and purchase some good wines. The meal was very good and the wine recommended abs - We had a truly lovely stay at Le Chai De La Paleine. Our room was clean and roomy and very comfortable. The property has a large garden - perfect for spending an afternoon relaxing, drinking wine and eating cheese :-). The breakfast was delicious. And although we didn't use it, the guest kitchen is a fabulous idea if you want to cook your own meals. Le Puy Notre Dame is a beautiful little village and with a car you can easily access all on offer in the Loire region.

  The couple who run La Pinsonniere have obviously put a lot of thought into this place - the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms immaculate and the food and wine is fantastic. The couple are very welcoming and speak good English for those who do not speak French. They are always happy to advise on places to visit and where to taste and buy local wi... hva folk sier » ne. They serve local, usually organic food and natural local wines. - The room was very big and nice, the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful shower and very nice that the toilet was separate. We enjoyed the dinners very much, even though they did start a bit late. I liked that we could use the kitchen at any time to warm up the bottle for our son.
