The hotel was very well situated in the center of the city. Ideal for shopping restuarants etc. we had booked a superior suite which was lovely. It was at the back of the hotel, so quiet and peaceful. The Capoul restuarant was excellent and the staff in he restuarant were willing to recommend dishes. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Toulouse.

Great views of the city. Friendly staff. The lofts come with fridge, microwave/convection oven appliance (can also do pizzas) and a stove top, so it's great for long stays when you're tired of eating out all the time. Parking is nearby down Jean Jaures, and they have a Velo bike rack up the street. Near the train if you need it as well. Nice change of pace from the older Toulouse hotels. I would definitely go back again.

The apartment was excellent. VERY comfortable just the right size for 3 would have done 4 but "cosier" . Looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa etc looked nice- we didn't use. Was very quiet when we there no traffic noise but maybe in the height of season it could have been a little noisy from other apartments ? Would thoroughly recommend and will be looking for other appartments in the privilege group for future stays.

We liked out room although it did not have any view as such; it was great having access to an English TV channel in the evenings and a mini fridge in our room; the lobby was lovely and the staff really helpful, friendly and really made us feel welcome. The lobby was lovely and - Price was low cost offer (69- Euro) and very good value for money.
