  Location was fantastic, staff is extremely helpful and polite. Good english as well. The hotel is just fresh refurbished, and very very nice. Will stay there again. - Excellent location, for sights and shopping, small friendly hotel, clean, comfortable and all the facilities at hand.

  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   The location of this hotel is perfect- next door to Gare Saint Lazare, which is a central metro/RER station. The location makes it very easy to get around Paris, especially when travelling with a child. We also liked the room - it was small (Paris) and clean, and had everything we needed in it: Twin beds, a full bathroom, a safe, hair dryer, two ... hva folk sier » windows that opened, coffee, and great air-conditioning ( a must in the summer). We paid for breakfast and this was a smart idea - the breakfast was - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Opera House, Galeries Lafayette and other major stores. The metro and Saint Lazare station are virtually on the door step. There are some very reasonable eating places close by. The hotel is highly recommended as good value for money including their breakfast and we would certainly stay here again the next time we vi

(We never got around to eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an extra fee.)

The room wasnot too bad for a 3 stars hotel just in front of the train station St-Lazard, which came handy for travelling in and out the centre of Paris. - A good location near train station with good connections, breakfast, helpful stuff and bike rental spot in front.
