The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

A fabulous view and a warm welcome. Nothing too much trouble for the lovely staff. My daughter got an extra croissant and I got extra coffee at breakfast and the location is first class. The location was great. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre in about 15 min. Lots of good restaurants nearby--and wonderful cafes. Charming neighborhood-shopping on the Rue de Rivoli and much more. Staff was friendly and available for questions. Very close to Metro station-less than 2 min. Perfect for tourist travel. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.
