I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Staff were always professional and helpful, their indications for fast orientation on the Metro were invaluable. - Location

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. -
Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.

Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)

The room is clean and not too small (as usual in Paris). Small kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is clean and large. The residence is not far from metro station "Bastile" (2 min. walk) and from Gare de Lyon (5 min. walk). -

Staff very fluent in English which I made our stay easyer - The location is great...very close to Champs Élysées, close to grocery store (Monoprix), restaurants. Kitchenette is fully equiped. Hotel was renovated in Feb 2008...looks great!
