  Hyggelig personale i resepsjonen - Location, room, reception, breakfast. I do not understand, why has the hotel only 6.2 points. Everything was clear and well equipped. The receptionist gave us comprehensive information about location, transport and sightseeing. The sweety at the receptionist desk is a must! Not a place for big,loud people but very good for modest, discrete ones. Not easy access forwheelchairs. It was like being with family in Aboukir.

They were more than happy to take care of our luggage for early check-in while our room was being made up. Room was small but very comfortable.   Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.
