The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of two metro stops, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. We stayed at only budget hotels throughout our vacation in Europe and this was one of the nicer ones. - Location and friendly staff.

I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my lovely 4 nights stay. - The price was fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly

I liked the area a lot, since it was an urban residential area. I had awonderful dinner for a low price at a nearby restaurant, and most peoplewalking by waved at the owners. - easy to find, small room but clean, tasty breakfast..no problems at all..I would recomend Villa Van Gogh

We booked from a courtyard where our apartment had fallen through, in the very nice neighborhood where it and Chomel are located, t 8:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:40. The price was more than a hundred dollars a night less than the others in the area. The front desk person was wonderful. The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.
