  Very welcoming and willing to accommodate a group of 14 high school students and two teachers. We arrived late morning and we were able to leave our cases in our rooms even though they had not been completely prepared at that time. The beds were very comfortable with crisp white linens.   Great place to stay, breakfast really good and plenty of it. Very accommodating for family's. Lots of hot water and room/whole building very warm. Area very close to Paris Nord 10euro taxi ride or 15 min walk. Metro in Paris not very kind to strollers if traveling make sure you take at 'quicksmart' or small stroller. 15 min walk to Notre Dame, als... hva folk sier » o 2 playgrounds within 5-10 mins walk. - Location was good for our purposes with easy access to the Metro and train stations. I very much appreciated the tiny balcony with the view of Montmartre - especially at night. The staff were cordial and helpful.

  Location was great, just a couple of minutes from metro station. The room was spacious and well lit, clean and cosy. However it was a little cold (I stayed there in March).   This was a wonderful hotel, convenient location, for our family and our recent visit to Paris. It is a small hotel and unassuming. It is not for people looking for a luxurious facility, but it was clean and the room was rather large (see below) and we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. While dropping off our luggage and making plans for our day, our room - I loved this little hotel! It is in a fantastic convenient location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. It will be my hotel of choice next time I'm in Paris (in fact, I almost hesitate to give it such a good review in fear that I will find it booked when I'm next looking to go!).   Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. Also,... hva folk sier » only 10-15 mins walking distance to the shopping and bar/cafe area in Le Marais. We even walked 25-30 mins to Montmartre. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs.
