  Loved being in the heart of things - next door to the moulin rouge, in an area of paris that never sleeps. We were four storeys up with a full length balcony, so could watch everything from our apartment.noise was not a problem as he apartments are double glazed. Despite some Paris in the springtime snow, the apartment was warm and cosy. We enjoye... hva folk sier » d having the use of a kitchen to eat at home when we felt like it. But also loved the restaurants which were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend 'L - Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy. Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue! Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :) Price: exce
