  I booked a studio appartment and I was keen to make sure I had a kettle. I was assured there would be one. A new one was provided on arrival. Good location near tram stop and also close to shopping centres. - Simple and basic, but adequate. Good shower pressure. Appreciated the wifi, though the signal was a bit weak in my room.

Restaurant was also closed due to function but good alternatives other side of the square.   Everything about this place is deluxe. As soon as we got there, they took care of everything, including a room upgrade. Even having to change the reservation just 10 days before was not a problem. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with IT systems.
