  The flat is very closed to the metro station, but the downtown it's only 15-20 minutes by foot, so the location is perfect. The owner is very kind and helpful. The kitchen is useful and clean.

  I like the room which i stayed, is a garreteer at 6th floor, single bed. It has a long window and is very clean, feels like a home. Eventhough the toilet n bathroom are shared, but to my surprise, it's very clean. Breakfast is simple, but more than enough, i think is quick good. He brightened my Paris trip! I will stay here again if i'm going - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when coming back to Paris.

  A small friendly hotel with the neccesary facilities located in a nice area. We have visited Sunny at least five times during the last two decades. - Customer service was outstanding. Price was very affordable. Perfect for young travelers close to everything. Staff very professional and friendly.

  Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit.   I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean.
