  The hotel is part of a new development at the southern tip of the Presqu'il - there's a significant shopping mall right next door - so the decor is nice and there is free wi-fi. Although it seems like it's out of the way, it's just round the corner from the t1 tram, which c - This hotel met all of my expectations regarding quality and service. It is situated in the developing area close to the old town, together with recently constructed offices, apartments and a shopping centre. The view from the window is therefore the old river side and modern architecture, which is nice. In getting to the old city I highly recommend to use the boat instead of the tramline+underground.   We were upgraded and had an excellent room for a small price compared tothe actual room rate. Very comfortable, attention to detail.
