This small pretty hotel is right in the heart of Toulouse but is on a quiet side street so you don't feel submerged by the city. Although some of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, it is very clean, all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, looking up sites on the net for trains and buses etc.(we were staying juring a weather alert and trains were all suspended and delayed). Hotel is very central. Would definitely stay again. - comfortable bed!

The staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The room was tastefully decorated but a bit on the small side. The room was very clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. The hotel is ideally situated with regard to all of the major tourist attractions in the city. Overall it was nice for what it was. -

The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and
well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the
lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine.
Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. There were bars with
people drinking outside having fun and it's not a well-to-do area.

Privilege Appart was very convenient. It was quite close city centre, many local restaurants of all type from pizza to fine dining, and tourist attractions. Reception other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.
