  The Staff, especially Jan, David and Alim were so very helpful and professional. Jan helped us confirm our reservations with a tour package and then emailed me confirmation, such a relief to have it handled so capably! It was so very quiet and relaxing to come back to after a hectic day sightseeing. The hotel is very close to both train stations which - A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms

  Plasseringen passet oss - We were a family of 4 adults and 4 children. All of us enjoyed the stay, especially warm welcome from the staff. Hotels vicinity to Metro station makes it an excelent location to stay especially if you are with family. I find it as very good value to money. - Great location. Very helpful, accommodating staff.   I liked the location because it's next to 2 metro stations... if you are arrivng by train the easiest way is to take the metro from Gare du nord to gare du l'est and you are right at the hotel's street. the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but very good for starting the day.   The room was very clean and the bed was good! Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent location between gare du nord and gare de l'est, nearby metro! - Staff were very friendly and didn't mind speaking English. It was clean and perfect for our needs. Excellent powerful shower.

  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.
