  When booking in the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and functional for our needs. It was also close to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. - Very good breakfast, served by 2 helpful and polite staff. Good location near ( just in front) Gare de l'Est. Confortable and clean rooms.

  I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

Although it isn't in the heart of Paris, being that close to a station which made it easy to get anywhere. The staff was very helpful when I asked for directions and planning my trips.   After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. The guy at the reception was friendly and speaks English well. Really helpful guy, didn't manage to catch his name though. I got a room at the 2nd highest floor facing - What I like about the hotel is, easy access to the train station and a bus to the city and to all tourists destinations in Paris. The staff are very friendly and kind and I believed they are the owner of the hotel (family business) my sister and I are the guest at the hotel and suddenly my cousin decide to join us where we stayed. So, I go down to the reception and ask that I would like to add 1 more person in our hotel room, the guy at first is hesitant to do so, but later on, he gave us anoth

  I liked the location because it's next to 2 metro stations... if you are arrivng by train the easiest way is to take the metro from Gare du nord to gare du l'est and you are right at the hotel's street. the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but very good for starting the day. The hotel is very clean and also close to a small supermarket... hva folk sier » . - Excellent breakfast and they have a nifty espresso machine that has the full range of drinks. Room was clean and comfortable. Located very close to the Metro station and on the quiet side of the rail station. Wifi fast and available in the room with a good signal.
