  I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Staff were always professional and helpful, their indications for fast orientation on the Metro were invaluable. - Location

  We have stayed here many times and particularly like the location. We prefer to stay in an apart-hotel as we like the flexible combination of part self-catering and part eating out.   I've been to Paris almost a dozen times and this is the 1st hotel Iwould stay in again. It was lovely! Wonderful staff (ask the nightmanager for a dinner recommendation), great rooms, perfect locationright next to a metro stop and on a great little street with a bakerynearby.
