  My sister and I stayed here our last night in Paris. We were initially going to stay at a cheap hotel at the airport but decided to splurge and get a place near the Eiffel Tower. In retrospect, it was the perfect decision. We reserved a 2 single bed deluxe room, Eiffel Tower view, and specially requested an awesome view. If you don't ask - The location was excellent and the staff in reception very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain.   Perfect location, right across the road from a metro stop and in a quieter but still upmarket type neighbourhood. This encouraged us to use the Metro and we saw much more of Paris in a short time as a consequence. Both tours we had booked in Paris left from the Eiffel tower and one of the biggest tour groups had their base between the Hotel - The room was very comfortable with a king size bed and large bathroom. The hotel is well situated across the street from the metro station and in the vicinity of numerous cafes and specialty shops. The metro offers easy and quick access to all of what a tourist in Paris is looking for. The hotel offered good value for money and we appreciated the willingness of the receptionist to book an appointment for us to visit the Carnival Museum, which incidentally I can highly recommend. It certainly ad
