The double room with en suite was immaculately clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff were lovely, very helpful. Internet access was free. The hotel is just across the road from the main train station (St Charles) and next door to the best patisserie in Marseilles. -

This hotel is located in front of the historical steps of SNCF station. You can enjoy beautiful steps if you don't mind to bring with the baggage.

Great location - 3 minutes from the central train and bus station Saint Charles.
The room was tiny but clean, everything was in a very good condition. The room is equipped with a fan, aTV, a tea/coffee set including a kettle.
The reception works 24h.
Excellent value for money, would recommend Terminus Saint Charles to everyone. -

It's a beautiful hotel, well-located near the Vieux Port. Our room was front facing, so had a tiny but lovely wrought-iron balcony overlooking the street. The room was clean and simply but nicely furnished with wooden shutters on the wall.

1. Design and freshness, room equipment. The building was renovated. Everything is fresh and rooms are small, but not seems so a cause of smart design. Teapot helps save money for breakfast and supper. Towel electric heater helps to use fresh towel on the beach everyday.

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Lovely room, very comfortable, yet on the small side, but all that was needed. My room was extremely quiet, did not hear anything at all, perhaps because I was on the top floor. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street

Everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean, friendly employees, felt very safe. We were just passing through, so the location was great as it's just across the street from the central train station, which also has the metro, so you can get to anywhere else in the city from there with a quick subway ride. -

The room had everything we needed, a good size bed, a kitchen with everything to cook, and a great bathroom even with a clothe dryer. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great if you travel in or out of the city at a late time, just across the train station, a bit far from the centre though (around 20-30 min walk). -

very quiet.It was very hot so the aircon was great too. An easy walk to

Despite the hotel being located on one of the busiest high streets in Marseille, there were absolutely no disturbances from the outside, making it well placed in a desirable location. The staff were v friendly and their breakfast, equally as excellent. - responsive staff, exellent location, free wi-fi

The hotel is a wonderful spot. It looks relatively new and is much
larger than I expected. The rooms are large, very clean, and well
appointed.
After many negative experiences with self-check in at places in France, it was a relief to have someone at the front desk 24 hours a day.
Parking in a secure lot with your own personal garage was a mere

It's a great place to stay when in Marseille if you like to be able to do some of your own meals at home. It's close to the train station but with views out to the water from the upper rooms.
While it's in the city it is only a 5 - 10 minute walk downhill to Joliette from where you you can take a bus straight to the beach at L'Estaque.within 20 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet although works currently going on nearby.
