We were upgraded from a 2 Studio apartment to a 4 person apartment which was more comfortable. The rooms are modern and stylish and most of all clean. Looked like refurbished or new.   We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. - Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.   We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable.
