Good location, walking distance to train and bus station. Residential area, very safe.
Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access.
Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.
Good cost of money!!!!

I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. We had our 10 year old grand daughter with us - Booked a family room - there was a separate bedroom for her. Rooms had been updated
The hotel is being updated and work is happening on a daily basis - Sign at reception apologies in advance for any noise - Construction work is done between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm - Did not effect our stay. Staff were only to happy to offer directions and support. Breakfast was 9 Euros and was very basic compared to other hotels where we stayed on this trip.

- Very quiet and clean in a good and safe area of Paris. Close to the subway. We had breakfast even if it wasn't included in the price. The host was also fantastic very easy to deal with for the check in and check out he even took our luggage upstair !! :) The studio was a bit tiny but very well arranged and very clean.
