  We stayed in the lower apartment which was lovely with a great terrace, well equipped kitchen, wifi, tv, and quiet situation. It was very comfortable. A nice renovation of a very old building. Nice touches included a bottle of grape juice and one of muscat in the fridge. Parking nearby was easy. Dambach is a lovely village.   The hotel is beautifully situated, in the midst of fields and vineyards. We stayed in a family room and there were a couple of ruined mountaintop castles visible from our window. The building was also very pretty, with a lovely lounge and restaurant. The room itself was large and airy.   Decorated with good taste, very good breakfast, extremely nice owners. I asked if a little surprise for my wife's birthday was possible (like a card) and she got a little present as well, very thoughtful, in spite of us staying just one night. The room was nice and very clean, the stairs were easy to handle, no issues. We ate at the restaurant next door, my husband was pleased with his meal but mine was rather unusual..regional 5 meat dish.. However, the menu had other items which sounded delicious and our desert was perfect and the service was wonderful.
