The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well. Everything is in walking distance, including the station, the lovely lake, banks and shops. This is a real character apartment in the middle of a very historic town. A very warm welcome and helpful guidance for our stay was given by Stephane, the owner. The flat has everything you'd want, and more, and it is high quality. Great weekly food market a few yards away with outstanding quality foods! -

The self-catered facility was fabulous ..save and secure and very
comfortable. The owners had tried really hard to make sure every need
was catered for and the place was enjoyable ...even to the jar of sweets
on the coffee table!!

The location was great, right next to the old town of beautiful Annecy. The apartment was newly furnished and very stylish. It had everything we could need, including maps, wifi, a kitchenette with coffee machine, and a fantastic bathroom. Pauline was really kind and helpful, writing to me as soon as I made the booking, and she waited for us outside the apartment even when we were late. She has thought of every little detail, even a personal welcome message on the blackboard wall in the kitchen
