  Skiing in megeve is expensive. This hotel, whilst not close to apres 'action' is very well located for skiing. The important Princess Lift is only a 500m walk away. The ski hire shops around the base of the Princess lift are all happy to stow boots and skis overnight so there is nothing to carry on the walk. Combleux, circa 1km away provides enough in the way of bars and restaurants, and is far cheaper than over-priced and somewhat unfrie - Very friendly, clean,comfortable hotel. Quiet location but near to all facilities. Fantastic views and scenery. Food excellent. All made from fresh ingredients and of the region. Excellent value. Nothing too much trouble.

  Second year I've used this as my ski accomodation. Excellent value for money, very clean, friendly and comfortable self catering accomodation. Great location for Le Bouchet ski-lift (about 600m) for the access to JACO ski pass pistes. A little bit of a hike (10 mins) into Combloux town for supermarket. Quickest route being via Chemin de Melezes (n... hva folk sier » eed hiking boots and suggest a rucksack for shopping). Will be back next year - Quiet, easy to get to the slopes. Great village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend, and the whole group would use Le Floralp again!
