  For a two star hotel this was much better than we expected. The owner was friendly and spoke very good English. The facilities were basic, blanket on bed instead of duvet, but very clean. TV, shower, hair dryer, and most important private parking. My advice is to pay the extra for breakfast, you won't be disappointed, it was better than one we had... hva folk sier » in a much more expensive hotel in France. - We took advice from this website and did not book a hotel in the town due to parking problems. This hotel is just across the river - a five minute walk to the town centre and with a great view of the castle on the way. The staff were welcoming and friendly. There is a lift up to the chateau from the town - the site is well worth a visit.
