  The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. My boyfriend and I (we are both 24yrs old) visited the hotel spa during our stay for a back massage which was lovely - I highly recommend. The breakfast - Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. Wonderful position so close to the old Cite, beautiful gardens and pool - you could sit on comfortable sofas on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening, overlooking the Citadel and watching people toil up the hill!   the suite was great, a good size and the huge bath tub and wet room were lovely. the hotel gardens are very classy and the location next to the entrance to the walled city was perfect to stroll to.   We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It is very convenient for travellers who like to focus on old historic city as it is only some minutes away but make sure you need to be fit to climb ... hva folk sier » up the rock floor.. - Space. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child). The location was perfect. Very close to the castle. The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment. Very very good price/quality ratio.

  This is exactly what we needed for our stay - close to things we needed in town, including the train station a few blocks away but also a really stunning walk to the castle. The room was generous and enabled us to feel very much like we had an apartment of our own. We also enjoyed heading downstairs in the evening to sit in the lounge which is k... hva folk sier » ept well supplied with goodies. It's a generous family establishment. The owner also has a garage where we could securely store our bikes. - We got the Indian-style room, which was most beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Later, when we realized that the photos in the room are actually the family's and understood the meaning of the place's name - we were really moved. The owners were very hospital and friendly and we felt lucky for choosing this place. We would definitely stay here again any time.
