  We stayed here for a week in June 2013. Pretty good location, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes (across the garden gate). La Croisette is a 15 minute walk along the beach, or you could take a bus (the bus stop's 100 meters from the front entrance). The garden and swimming pool is a very nice place to relax. There's a - The man who owns the accommodation is really friendly. On arrival he got out a map of the area and pointed out all the main areas which we found extremely useful. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Had a lovely balcony view. The location was perfect. Right across the road from the beach and a 15-20minute walk into the city. There are also a number of buses to take you to your destination.

The breakfast was 15 euro pr person though, which seems a bit expensive for cereals, croissant, nutella and som fruit.   Loved the space, very large and amazing decor. Enough room for our family of four to spread out and enjoy. Air conditioning was excellent and we were actually cold inside when it was over 35 degrees outside! 5 minute walk from a beach, and a 15 minute drive to downtown Cannes.
