We found the hotel very easily which is not always the case. The check in proceedure was quick and polite also the check out the next morning.We found our room extremely clean and well equipped. - Staff helpful and efficient.

We love the location by the small beach and the convenience to bars and restaurants. The rooms are tiny but always super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is now available onsite but we venture out to the local cafe instead.

The hotel staff were excellent and the position on Milady good - not too busy with access to a nice beach - The restaurant had a good range of food, and it's very resonable if you take their menu of the day. The proximity to the highway was excellent if you're using Biarritz as a base.

Friendly and nice-to-talk hosts, cozy lobby and our room, charming flavour of old good house. At the same time all modern facilities are in place. Wi-fi worked fine. The view of the ocean from the hotel room was amazing. Room and bathroom were small but modern, well-maintained and had flair. We only wanted to look at the amazing view anyhow. We felt we totally lucked out with our room for the rate though the weather in late October wasn't great. Would love to return in summer. Highly recommended. -
