Jessie (the receptionist) found me alternative accomodation as I arrived a day earlier than expected. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was able to book in really early the next day. The bed was ever so comfortable. All the staff spoke excellent english. A hotel I would heartly recommend to any visitors to Biarritz.
