  Grand Bouy is a wonderful historic house, with lots of charm, character and quirky details in the rooms. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home, with a lot of attention to the little things. E.g.: on day 1 I had asked for herbal tea during breakfast; the next morning there was a big pot waitin... hva folk sier » g for me, made from fresh herbs from the garden. Breakfast consists of nice home-baked bread and home-made jams and preserves. Excellent place for cou - Can't fault this establishment in any way it was charming just wish my French was better so that I could have chatted more with the lady running it about the amaxing house which I understand dated from the 11th Century.
