The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with all the proper amenities in working order. Everything was quite clean, if a bit dated. The location is fantastic near the center of Bergheim with convenient parking and access. -

EXCELLENT experience! Val-Vignes staff was friendly, professional, and spoke several languages - to include English...the room was clean and comfortable. The surrounding vineyards and quaint town with several excellent wine-makers added to the hotel's charm... I would definitely go back again! -

The staff were wonderful, our suite was a good size and really well appointed, the food (breakfast and dinner) was lovely and there was an excellent wine list. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route and very close to Haut Konigsbourg Castle. A lovely place to stay!
