Very nice place. Doesn't have an elevator, but they help you up with the luggage, you won't even have to ask. Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks.
Underground parking is nearby, but you can drive into the street where the house is located to unload the luggage. -

We only booked the room about 2 hours prior to arriving, and on arrival the owner - Maya, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She provided suggestions on meal locations and sightseeing, so we could make the most of our one afternoon in Avignon.
The residence is a typical 1930's guest house, which provides clean and modernised facilities.

These apartments are superb. Easy of access - just minutes from Avignon Centre train station by foot and even closer from nearby parking stations. Clean, comfortable and the 1 bedroom apartment I stayed in had plenty of room. The central courtyard was an oasis of peace and although you are just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town you are well-insulated from the daily hubbub.
