  The owners were very welcoming and we ate at the auberge the first night. Very good fruits de mer to start - Eric showed me how to eat a spider crab properly - and the sol predrix was cooked to perfection for main course. The bedroom was roomy as was the bath/shower room. Esquibien, a very pleasant village, is only 1.5 kilometres from Audierne and... hva folk sier » so well located for the beach and for coastal walks. Marie-Noel & Eric could not have been more helpful and we really enjoyed staying at the aube - Hotel run by a very nice couple, one of whom is English, which is always a benefit as my French is weak. Excellent food in the evening. Good clean rooms. Good Wifi access in lounge area. Very good base for walking the west coast of Britanny.
