  We had a balcony overlooking the cathedral which was lovely especially at night with the lights glowing. All members of staff were extremely helpful and seemed to want go that extra mile to assist us. Old fashioned "nice". Breakfast and dinner were very good. This was our first visit and we based ourselves at - Excellent, helpful staff. The location is very central, being ideally placed to enable one to leave the car in the car park. With Paris just over an hour away by train it was ideal. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the free newspapers and magazines and the minibar (free) was refilled with soft drinks every morning. For four nights it was very much 'home from home' and I expect that we shall return.

  The hotel appeared brand new. It is ingeniously designed to provide everything you need--modern bathroom, desk space, closet, suitcase bench, coffee kettle, TV, wifi--in a compact space at a fair price. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and lunch in the restaurant. The staff is friendly and professional. Check out the excellent tourist office across from the Cath - The location is ideal for visiting the cetre. the cathedral and the university area as well as the older section of the city. Parking is reasonable as there is a speacial of 11 dollars to come and go freely for 3 days. The food is very reasonable and good value. The rooms are well arranged and have every comfort you would need (except room service for those who might require it).

  The hotel is well-situated, and typical of an older french hotel. Although it looks a little tired in places, it is very clean, the rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel also benefits from having a bar and restaurant, although we only had breakfast, which was very good. Visitors should be aware that the Rue de Noyon is a pedestrian walkway so cars cannot stop ou - The Le Carlton is in a great location within walking distance of the train station, cathedral and city centre. The room that we had was spacious, clean and we appreciated the double glazing. The staff were amazing and I would like to congratulate them on being the most helpful, professional and pleasant people that we have dealt with. For example they went out of their way to assist us when our Somme Tour operator didn't arrive at the designated time.

  The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Great central location with underground parking. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and the shower was fantastic! - Friendly staff. Good parking facilities. Excellent breakfast. Modern and comfortable room.
