  Very smart hotel and pleasant staff. We had a two room apartment which was perfect for our family. Close to a supermarket for any shopping you need. 15 minute flat walk to Marie D'Ivry Metro and 5 minute walk tp REN station. - The room (studio 2 pax) was fantastic. It is completely furnished, soyou can use the Carrefour at the centre mall (about 50... hva folk sier » 0m from the hotel)to fulfill the kitchenete. You save a lot of money that way. The hotelis about 400m from rer station (line c) so you´re about 15min fromcentre Paris (stations st. Michel Notre Damme and Invalides). We stayedfor 4 nights and the room was cleaned every day

  They improved few things since we stayed last time. #1 There is light in the lobby. more cleaner common area. #2 stuff is working on Sunday #3 its very close to paris. for the train ride to paris is only few minuets away from nearest station. #4 private gated parking. #5 room is good size and confutable.#6 There is mall, shops, restraint in the sa... hva folk sier » me street. very convenience. i can recommend anyone and we will be back again :0 - value we paid for rooms with us driving less than 20 min with traffic to Eiffel Tower. If you are looking for budget with NO frills, this IS the place. If you are high maintenance and need papering or extra things from hotel, this is NOT you place!

  I traveled to Paris with my 1 year old kid. The hotel stay with kitchenette was excellent. It had all the basic stuff that one may need and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly cleaned. It has control for temperature (heater) and I really loved the stay at this hotel. - Good location,if you lucky you'll stay in a room ... hva folk sier » with river view.very friendly and helpful receptionist.they're 24 hrs for guests.if you need to stay for only a few days this place would be recomended.

  This is a very basic, utilitarian hotel with costs cut right down. However, it was all very efficient, the breakfast was good and if you want somewhere plain and cheap it is OK. - Close to Metro station
