Perfect location on the main street of Aix-en-Provence, above an excellent restaurant. Huge clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower, big fluffy towels, very comfy bed. We travelled on the Eurostar for our first time in Aix-en-Provence. The
hotel is really a restaurant with rooms but no less comfortable for
that. Our room was right at the front and so a bit noisy on the Saturday
night but the staff moved us to a lovely ground floor apartment at the
back of the hotel for the remainder of our stay. The staff themselves
were fantastic, the room(s) had everything you wanted, and a very good
restaurant just downstairs! We will go back.

The hotel is situated very close to the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The
staff was very helpful and nice. I asked for some hot water to make
myself a tea on a couple of occasions and my request wasn't
refused, which is often the case in the hotels with only two stars.
There was also no problem with having our luggage stored once we
checked out in the morning. The room had a little terrace with a lovely
view. I wouldn't recommend taking a cheaper room with the view onto
the road...

Excellent location (if a little difficult to find) and if you want a genuine Provencal experience (in other words if you hate Hilton style country anonymous hotels) this is a great choice. We stayed in a very spacious Privilege Triple Room with spotless large bathroom. The beds were comfy. The location is very central, right off of Cours Mirabeau. They have a parking available around the corner. It is tight but still very convenient.

Great location in the historic centre, and right beside a shopping complex. We were lucky to arrive for the opening of the Christmas market. Our room (Privilege) was very large with 2 windows and mini-balcony. Large bathroom. Although we were on the second floor without an elevator, our luggage was taken care of and when the staff noticed that my husband had some mobility issues they offered the 'cargo elevator' (which is not for public use) if he ever felt too tired for the stairs.
