  great location and wonderful view of the lake St Croix. Was fine to travel to in a car. The village of Aigines is also very quaint and beautiful. This is a great location to visit the other more popular (and more expensive to stay) areas of Verdon.   The owner was very kind and friendly, making a great attempt at English and helping us with French. She carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs made us coffee and baileys and a wonderful dinner and recommended a walk that would knock your socks off. Yes, from both the rooms we were able to see the lake,though not a panoramic view. From most places in the very pretty village you can look down to the lake. Parking is free everywhere. We would definitely use the hotel again.

  The hotel owener is a very kind madam. We really enjoy the travel there. It's better to visit during summer. A little bit cold at the end of Oct. We were the last customer in this year.   The balconies on the 2 upper floors are very private with thick cement walls in between. The breakfast buffet has a pretty good spread, not just the typical continental one. It was very close to the beach and boat rental. Great mountain and lake views. There is a tiny pizzeria on the property. - Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff.
