Would stay again on my next trip thru Sydney. - The convenience of the hotel to both international and domestic airports is fantastic. We were delayed a day by a cancelled flight due to a typhoon in Hong Kong, and the staff changed our booking without fuss, and were extremely helpful re our flight home, which also had been changed. I thought the room was very cleverly designed, with powerpoints, mirrors etc well placed. Extremely appropriate for an overnight stay in between flights.

Not close to a - I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst a little outdated in terms of decor, for the price I paid I am not complaining. I am not a fan of step into shower/bath situations but in this case the low height of the bath provided a much better safety factor than in most other hotels I have stayed at. The provision of an airport shuttle bus at only $6/person was very handy. The included breakfast was an added bonus which I did not expect

My partner and I went inside - My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded. From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing. The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers. The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.

It is close to the airport and van service - both to and from - was convenient and reliable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff members were very friendly and very helpful.
