The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I

I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on
my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and
closness to the beach if required.

Most suitable accommodation within budget. With Ample living room and bedrooms and beds, and full kitchen functions including oven, the trip to Coffs harbour was most enjoyable.
Bed sheets were also clean with good bedroom amenities including 2nd TV with Foxtel in 1st bedroom and ensuits in all bedrooms.

The friendliness when we arrived after a 5 hour drive. The spacious of our apartment which was upgrade from a deluxe one bedroom to a two bedroom. Plus, as we were staying with another couple our balconies were just across from each other so communication was easy. Good old fashion service with a smile.

The managers, Conan and Kim were very friendly. Conan carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. The room that we had, although not large, had everything that we needed including a two burner stove top, a microwave and a small oven/grill. The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Very helpful staff. The location with access to the beach was a great surprise and we loved sitting in the garden bar with beach views. The whole set up with rainforesty walks to get around made for a really great atmosphere/ambiance. The meal we had on site was excellent. Would definitely go back.
