Could stay one night only which is unusual for some Apartments. Manger left key out for us as we arrived late and was nice enoght to also leave us the wi-fi password in case we needed it (which we did). Good size apartment for great Price. Location was great, size of rooms were generous, my sister commented on how great the stream of water in the shower was. The spa was good, the unit was clean, the staff were friendly, the kitchen facilities are good, nice big balcony,.

Quiet at night Excellent pool and hot tub Undercover parking. We found the motel quite comfortable and the hotel was very conveniently situated for meals. The location was excellent. The chattels provides were excellent.(ie Mugs AND teacups). The garden was very pretty, the arrangement of the apartment convenient. staff personal consideration when I arrived later than expected. Great swimming pool, close to beach and coastal hiking trail. It was lovely and relaxing especially in the spa,. comfortable and clean room, undercover parking. friendly staff, nice and quiet, comfy beds. Great value and rooms clean and beds firm. It was really quiet, the bowling club doesn't open until 6pm for dinner, there isn't much privacy so make sure you shut the curtains, the pool was too cold to use. Nothing I didn't like!. Lack of information of services from staff. No air conditioning. The bathroom looked like it needed at little TLC. The room was in the darkest corner of the block, and smelled a bit damp. When we arrived every window and door was open to air the unit. I understand there were floods in Coffs in Feb this year. Maybe that had an effect. Just a tiny bit more thorough cleaning would have made it even more pleasant. One thing it was a bit hot in the rooms and probably could do with air conditioning. no internet service in the room. Spent a week and towels were not replaced. Car parking spaces are small. One noisy night lead to the truble makers being evicted. No Air con. charged us $15 more than letsbookhotel.com quoted us. Unit smells a bit stale so starting to get a bit dated but this was a minor issue. Open the windows & let the beautiful sea breeze in!. Unit was very dusty and smelt musty, unfortunate, because with a really good clean and lots of elbow grease, it would have been a much nicer experience. The pillows were a bit too firm. The fluro light in the kitchen wouldn't turn on (kept blinking). room had a smell of linament. Room was due for refurbishment. The furniture was a little sticky and a lack of A/c. It was very badly maintained. For example the black lounge had been kept together with gaffer tape and silicon sealant. The rest of the place was very "tired". Noisy. Listened to the compression braking from the trucks all night. Too far out of town - no decent venues nearby.
