Very pleasant Airport hotel less than 15 minutes to the International or Domestic Terminals. Large, clean rooms with super comfy beds and all standard amenities. Nice pool area adjacent to an excellent gym. The pool is not heated but this would not be a problem in summer. The on-site restaurant serves very good meals although a bit pricey, however this is Sydney. Hotel prices are good value by Sydney standards, excellent business hotel with conference and meeting room facilities. Not close to a.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst a little outdated in terms of decor, for the price I paid I am not complaining. I am not a fan of step into shower/bath situations but in this case the low height of the bath provided a much better safety factor than in most other hotels I have stayed at. The provision of an airport shuttle bus at only $6/person was very handy. The included breakfast was an added bonus which I did not expect. My sister and I stayed here for 5 nights while holidaying in Sydney. Hotels in the city were booked out as we hadn't booked in time so we decided to stay here. Room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were also very comfy. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. In the mornings it took us about ten minutes to walk to the airport to get the train into the city (20 minute journey) and then back again in the evenings so it worked out very well for us. We thoroughly . This is a great hotel very close to the airport. It is clean, very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We never used the pool but it looked nice. It is within walking distance of the airport and is a 10 minute walk to the metro which will take you to the city center. You could very easily stay here on a sighting seeing city holiday and get the train in and out to the city. We only stayed here one night but it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it to. The staff at reception were fantastic. The room was amazing and so comfortable. Very close to airport which was handy as we traveled to America early the following morning. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, ans will certainly stay there again! The location was well known to me as I used to work in the same CoatesHire building and lived in the vicinity an year back. This is a little hard for us to review as we only had an overnighter in late afternoon out by 6am. The room was great very clean and had everything that we needed. Great location for what we wanted it for and would recommend this to anyone needing to stay near airport. High internet charge in the rooms (over 20 AUD for 24 hrs) although there was free wi-fi in the lobby area. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Nothing. Hard to fault. Sitcom has an automatic sensor which turns off if no one is in the room or you keep very still like when sleeping. Options on the breakfast room service were very basic, we would have had R.S. if it was a bit more interesting. Expensive. Would be nice if the airport shuttle was free. The hotel should have a 24 hours ATM in the lobby and a self serviced laundry. The hospitality lounge was very good indeed. I have no negative comments. Did not appreciate staff service at reception as our booking was made in January and staff person could not find our confirmation , He consulted with another staff member then all was resolved , no apologize made to us. nothing. In airport Stamford, bathroom counter and service counter was not clean, there weren't enough towels or even soap for the two of us. Definitely a cut below the Quay Stamford but good enough for outgoing airport location stay. Nothing. Our reservation included morning breakfast, however hotel front desk staff claimed the quoted over night price was too low to include the breakfast. On site breakfast was listed at $28 per person. For the 4 adults in our party, in two separate rooms this would have cost an additional $112 un-acceptable. Nothing. The breakfast fruit was mainly all canned fruit. Fresh is best and at this time of year strawberries are exceptionally cheap. No bananas. As per the conditions of booking, a AU$100 refundable security deposit is required when you check in. The evening "seafood" buffet reminded me of boarding school food. Oysters and prawns were not premium quality and the "grilled fish" was deep fried calamari rings. Other wet dishes were disappointing. It looked like a poor offering in order to cut costs. Note - breakfast buffet offered a good food selection, and was much better quality than the evening buffet. The fluctuating price - stayed at the hotel twice in two weeks and the price change by +$60 !. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, however is was noted that the tariff fluctuates greatly. As chance has it, I was actually arranging another visit to Sydney in June at the time your request for comment appeared on my email. I had viewed the Stamford Airport rate & it had jumped once again. This location has now tentatively been by-passed for this visit due to the rate. Restaurant was very expensive. Very poor service in bar. Snack ordered,but 'forgotten' during shift change. Not a good location unless you want to use it for a sleepover only. Stay in downtown if your flight is anytime after noon so that you can spend a nice morning in the city. - I was there only for 8 hours. nothing. Doesn't appear to offer Fox Footy channel (only Fox Sports). The price of the meals at the restaurant were a bit too high. There was nothing I didn't like. No instructions how to use the bathroom tap for shower instead of bath necessitating a naked phone call to the desk - not good. Front desk staff's ability to provide directions for walking to the airport extremely poor. Nothing really. The charge for the shuttle bus to the airport which was a short distance away but too long to drag cases around. it would have been nice to have this as complimentary. could have had 4 towels instead of two. Pool was not clean enough to consider swimming in. Paying a $300 deposit and not expecting it, I would have like to see this before terms and conditions little bit more open that way. No shower cap supplied/. Food at both restaurant and in- room equally very expensive. This airport hotel needs to supply clear info about how to access the airport shuttle service, in its' online description.
