The staff, especially the manager, were out-of-this-world fantastic! Our
dog was sick (in the hallway of the hotel!), and the hotel staff could
not have been more gracious and kind. We were mortified and wanted to
pay for damages, but they had it cleaned up and were very understanding,
getting us Mapquested to the nearest emergency vet and taking

care of us. We will always find a Kimpton Hotel in which to stay when
the opportunity arises. This is a world-class operation! -

Staff was amazing - I got there late at night, and when I mentioned I
forgot something in my car (around the back), a staff member offered to
walk with me. Something I appreciated asa single girl, even though the
area was very safe. Can't be too careful, right? The room was
awesome, no complaints at all. -

Rooms as ever with Double tree are a good size and include sitting area. Breakfast is included -

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable, spacious suite. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. Good location for downtown SLC; close to light rail which is free for travel 2-3 stops to downtown. Good value.

We held a Birthday event there and couldn't have been more pleased with event staff, back of the house staff, & housekeeping. Everything was beyond our expectations. -

Close proximity to places downtown including temple square and city
creek and some great restaurants. And there was no added charge for
parking and or internet. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated too. -
Shuttle bus to the airport.

The room was large and clean. We loved the view of the Gallivan Center and the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Delicious food and nice staff. It was quiet and we didn't hear other guests. We loved that it was so close to City Creek, Temple Square, and shopping. -

This is our 7th stop of 14, we can make comparisons more easily. Modern hotel with polished floors and polished staff. Everything was very good, staff, facilities etc. would stay again. Very nice area outside of the hotel with comfortable chairs and a smoking area for those that do. We chose this location because we did not want to stay in town.

Everything, including the atmosphere as soon as you walk in, it's very soothing & the complimentary coffee & tea that is always available. It doesn't feel like a hotel lobby, it feels like a relaxing room in a home.
