Loved the rooms especially with the sofa bed! Made a great stay for our family to sleep comfortably. Rooms were clean and breakfast had a great variety. Workout room was bigger than most. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was amazing - I got there late at night, and when I mentioned I
forgot something in my car (around the back), a staff member offered to
walk with me. Something I appreciated asa single girl, even though the
area was very safe. Can't be too careful, right? The room was

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable, spacious suite. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. Good location for downtown SLC; close to light rail which is free for travel 2-3 stops to downtown. Good value.

Spacious suite, very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and so many amenities! I loved the 24-hour convenience store. Also, despite being mere feet from the airport, the room was perfectly quiet and restful. This was the best hotel experience I've had in Salt Lake, and I'll stay nowhere else but here. -

Close proximity to places downtown including temple square and city
creek and some great restaurants. And there was no added charge for
parking and or internet. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated too. -

I was very pleased with the Crystal Inn SLC. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is very convenient for getting to and from the airport. the location is great for visiting the Downtown area. The public transportation is easy to use, thus no more paying for parking, buying extra fuel and close to shopping, tourist sites and more. And wow the breakfast they serve is included in the room cost and it is not just the industry standard of an old dried out sweet roll, and a orange or apple. It is a full spread hot meal.

This is our 7th stop of 14, we can make comparisons more easily. Modern hotel with polished floors and polished staff. Everything was very good, staff, facilities etc. would stay again. Very nice area outside of the hotel with comfortable chairs and a smoking area for those that do. We chose this location because we did not want to stay in town.

This hotel is the closest to Temple Square and City Creek Centre. The
trax stops right outside and will take you anywhere downtown for free.
The Plaza has a lovely lounge area to sit and relax, read a book or use
your laptop. Wifi is free and has a good reception. There is a small but

Plaza is quiet, friendly; has free WiFi and airport shuttle, very
centrally located very reasonably priced which enables multiple night
stays. I appreciated being able to store my luggage here for a couple of
days while I went off on a Yellowstone tour and could then look forward
to returning to a comfortable, friendly and familiar place. Great views
from upper level windows. Right next door to a great eatery (JB's)
which offers good healthy food ( hard to find in the usa!!) and
