Everyone was very friendly and eager to help if I had a question. And by
"help" I don't mean point and give vague directions, they
actually showed me what I was looking for. Clean room, spacious bathroom
(a must for a woman!) and a great view of the Parthenon from the window. -

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly from the people who checked you in, the wait staff in the restaurant, and the bell men. The check in clerks Gary and Amanda were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel. It is in a good area. I was near the sites of Downtown Memphis, and all within walking distance. -

The hotel is at the best location. The view is amazing. Amazing. The beds are very comfortable, the staff is helpful. (Thank you Tiffany for working with us and changing our room!) The rooms are clean, the view from the bar is great as well, the fire pit is a very nice touch. That is our second stay here and I have recommended the hotel to all my friends. Great hotel.

The setting a Opryland is just phenomonal. The price is really not badwhen you consider what you stay in and the availability of shopping,restaurants and lush grounds all available in ac. We stay at the Madison every year at least once. The staff is gracious and accomodating. The rooms are truly luxurious and large. The location is excellent--right downtown by the river and walking distance to Beale Street and downtown restaurants. The suites are fantastic, especially if you might have other people over to your room. -

The Sheraton had not received our reservation from letsbookhotel.com, but the woman at the desk handled everything quickly and was very friendly. She honored our promised rate and got us in a room early. Also, the night desk workers and valets helped me get medicine late at night when my fiance got sick. All the staff was very friendly and helpful
