It had everything that we needed. The staff were especially helpful and informed us that the shuttle would take us to a restaurant for lunch. Since we were really tired of driving by this time and didn't want to try and find a good restaurant, this was greatly appreciated. The room was very quiet and had a comfortable bed. it was easy to find

The rooms were large. We had extra pillows. My husband always wants extra pillows. The bed had a lightweight throw blanket. I liked that. The ice machine and vending machines were close by. The shuttle was prompt and driver was nice. We were close to the airport.

Breakfast was help yourself and they had tried to think of everything you could possible need. Hotel is located very near the beach and there are a few restaurants right near by.

Staff were really helpful form the moment I arrived. I had a 26 hr journey and to be greeted with a big smile and quick check in was fabulous. Great breakfast with some plant-based options. I love that the hotel is unique and desn't feel like any chain hotel. I also love the history of the hotel and that it has been open since 1929.

The rooms were clean and roomy. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The staff at the front desk were kind and polite. The staff at the Bristo were also polite. It feels very nice to have friendly and polite people. I felt welcome. -
