Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The muffins, fruit, juice and coffee in the morning were delicious. The pool and hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in room 205 the queen /spa tub we loved it! it was like we had a suite. you walked through 1 door there was a siting are dining and kitchen then down the hall were 4 guest rooms .we had one guest room but never saw the other couples just their wine in frig it was like our own little suite .the bed was very comfortable tub was relaxing.If

I loved the architecture, how it felt like you were in a home away from home, the closeness to shops, attractions and the beach, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections you could make and it was overall a very gorgeous place

Just to let you know we stayed for a few nights at your lovely B & B in June 1996 and my wife and I still have happy memories of our short visit while touring the East Coast of America.

The inn was quaint and historic ( no ghost though). The staff - Otilia
was on the entire weekend that we were there and she was amazing.
Always so helpful and always went out of her way to help us. Always had
a smile on her face no matter the time of day or night. And the
location was the best!! We could leave the car in the parking at the
Inn and walk everywhere. This was such a plus in a city where parking
was very limited.
