  This hotel was in an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. Everything was very close, the Mansions were right up the street, as well as the Cliff Walk and many restaurants were within walking distance. Downtown Newport was only a few minutes drive, as well. The hotel itself was very nice, very clean, and very affordable. It h... wat mensen zeggen » ad a comfortable room, a nice pool and a very good breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone who would li - That a ironing board and iron were avaliable as well as a hair dryer, didn't use but it was available, great. Quiet, view of beach. Coffee 24 hrs.in lobby. Breadfast servered at 7am. Plenty of food to choose from. Had a great visit. Everyone very friendly, and the pool was a great asset after spending a few hours on the beach. Awesome!!

  Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance. Great view of the water. - The manager on duty when we arrived was very nice and helpful, he brought us more towels as soon as we... wat mensen zeggen » called to ask for them. The location is beautiful.

  The quiet room. The comfortable bed. The cleanliness of our room and the inn. The comfort of the bed and the temperature of the room. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating---they were able to suggest a way to get to downtown without taking our van even though the commuter rail was not running. - We fly into TF Green at least once ... wat mensen zeggen » a year, spending a Thurs. night and a Sunday night at one of the close by airport hotels. This is the 5th one we have tried and is the best for sure.The location to the car rental, the staff, rooms and breakfast are all wonderful. Can't wait to return,
