We stayed in the King bed room. The room is very clean and it comes with a microwave and a small refrig. The restaurant was the best !!! The food and the serving staff were the BEST !!!. We would definitely recommend everyone to stay at the place and enjoy the food there. -

Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.

There was a glitch in our reservation upon arrival, with the wrong date of arrival having been entered. Bianca on the front desk went above and beyond to solve that problem. She has great people skills. Shuttle service was offered until 11 pm and was perfect for our needs. Decor and rooms were well appointed. -

The staff was very friendly and welcoming despite our late evening arival. The room was very clean and the furnishing gave were excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. I like the look and the warmth of the facility. Very clean, didn't appear to crowded with guests. I interacted with several shuttle drivers who were all pleasant and very accomodating. room layout was nice and roomie. Customer service was spot on I came in late and the service was good even for the middle of the night. The moning shift was just as great. I travel there everyother weekend and I will stay here.
