  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   We were two couples travelling in the finger lakes area on a get away, when I booked this hotel on our way home. The staff on the front desk could not have been better. Bobby-Jo was there for all our needs. The room was clean and perfect for us. Every thing was so good we decided to spend a second night there. The cleaning staff did a - Very nice hotel. Stayed there for 1 night with my wife and 2 grown children. We took 2 rooms - one with a king size bed for us and one with 2 queen beds for the children. The rooms were pretty big, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is adjacent to a Walmart super center which is open 24 hours. It's a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed there to go to the Waterloo Premium Outlets which are 10 minutes by car from there.
