We just returned from a 2 week foliage tour of the New England states.
Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was one of two places that we stayed
where we have nothing but good things to recommend. Here are the things

Easy access from freeway We were only booked for one night but liked
this hotel so much that we booked a second night. -
1. Staff was very friendly, especially Diana, who was really helpful.
2. Breakfast choices were much more than expected.
3. Complimentary dinner was unexpected.
4. Gym and pool facilities.
5. Good location, easy access to highways, city, dining and shopping areas.

The location is very good. I really liked the front desk crew and found them to be very friendly, helpful and cheerful. It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops,
restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and
the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Fairly priced. Having
two outside pools was nice. You should advertise that.

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

This hotel as of April 2013 even has a 'new' smell to it. When
we entered our room, that was my first impression! We've never
stayed in a hotel where it was so new and the staff was so accomodating.
We asked if we could switch floors since we were booked on a 4th floor

The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful if we had a problem. The facilities were very nice and decorated with more flair than the usual insipid hotel room. The breakfast was very similar to those at other chain hotels, but the quality of the food was far superior to anyplace else where we had stayed.

We were two couples travelling in the finger lakes area on a get away, when I booked this hotel on our way home. The staff on the front desk could not have been better. Very nice hotel. Stayed there for 1 night with my wife and 2 grown children. We took 2 rooms - one with a king size bed for us and one with 2 queen beds for the children. The rooms were pretty big, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is adjacent to a Walmart super center which is open 24 hours. It's a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed there to go to the Waterloo Premium Outlets which are 10 minutes by car from there.

We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.
The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!
