  Great location. Beside subway station and just a 5min ride into Manhattan. So handy. Easy to find if travelling from jfk. Area was safe but not a lot to see around the hotel. There doesn't really need to be though, as Manhattan is just across the river. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was great, very comfy and clean. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast - The location may not be the most attractive one in NYC but it is very convenient - fast transportation to the hotel from the JFK airport by subway; only few minutes subway ride to Manhattan. The subway station is so close to the hotel, that when you got off the station you can actually see the hotel right from there. The vicinity of the hotel seems to be quite safe and it was rather quiet in the night. We had very good view on Empire State building and Queensboro bridge from the hotel room. The

  Location was perfect, just beside a subway station and within walking distance of Times Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast and it was a nice surprice to learn at check in that it was included, very basic but good to have a quick bite and coffee before hitting the sights and shops! The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). Onze Visa-kaart werkte plots niet meer, en zij hebben gratis de hele dag naar onze bank in België getelefoneerd totdat het probleem was opgelost. - Dat we een senseo apparaat hadden op de kamer en lekkere koffie konden zetten.   The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. One of the few hotels in the vicinity that offers free wi-fi in the room and breakfast (with good coffee). I also found the room to be more spacious than any other nyc hotel room in which I've stayed. Our room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed.   We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot... wat mensen zeggen » el is), the bus pickup point back to the airport is on 41st St. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags - The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.
